After waiting for the rain to pass through, Naomi and I were able to get out in the beautiful sites of Colorado Springs and capture her senior portraits.

I do LOVE taking senior photos...especially of girls!! Not that I don't enjoy taking photos of senior guys, it's just that there is something I love about creating a 'model-like' photo of girls. They are ALL beautiful, but I love taking their beauty to the next level by giving them what every girl wants...to have a photo that is beyond the snap and point camera. Ever since I had my senior photos taken back in the day, I have loved being that photographer that can produce what most girls want, or what I wanted...to look like a MODEL~!

Megan was that girl... She came to me and wanted her beauty the Lord gave her to SHINE~! I adore these photos and had such a blast with Megan and her family taking them. Her beauty truly does shine inside and out!

My good friend Alex asked me to grab a few photos of her youngster Holden and nieces Sophia and Abigail for Mother's day. Unfortunately our lovely (bi-polar) Colorado weather decided to have rain the moment we began the shoot...so umbrellas and jackets for this shoot! The girls still looked adorable and momma's gorgeous as well~!
